Shipping costs

We bear the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge! There is also no minimum order quantity.

Order tracking

You will receive your tracking code via e-mail within 24 hours after your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delayed orders

If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Schedule up to two extra days and remember to use your tracking code. If your parcel still hasn't arrived, contact us at info@luxoralights.com, quoting your order number.

Damaged or wrong orders

Have you received your parcel but it is damaged or the items are incorrect? (e.g. the wrong size or colour) No problem! Please take photos of the problem, briefly explain what is wrong and contact us, quoting your order number.
